Right-wingers today are not conservatives. They left honest conservatism behind many years ago. The new right-wing is a truly dangerous, reckless breed, overcome by a sort of mass psychosis, reminiscent of the dishonest nationalistic and scapegoating mind-set one might imagine started in Germany in the 30's. This time, jews aren't the target, but "traitors" as Anne Coulter defines them, meaning anyone who doesn't toe the neocon line.

The biggest problem with the neocons is that they never-ever admit they're wrong no matter how obviously wrong they are. They always just cover-up, spin, change the subject and try to blame someone else. They have proven that they will cheat to win elections, lie to start wars and try to destroy anyone (even a CIA undercover agent) who dares to tell the press the truth.

They also have made an unholy alliance with the biggest polluters on the planet, the mega weapons industry, the gougers, white collar criminals and fanatical religious and gun-nut right who believe in Armageddon.

No wonder the world depises and distrusts the US now. They love America but they totally distrust neocons. And for good reason. They're right.
