William Arkin hasn't turned over the tapes he supposedly made has he? And we only have Arkin's word about what Boykin said, don't we? How do we know what the General had on on any given day?

And BTW...does that mean a policeman, a fireman, a cook, a train conductor, (you get my drift) couldn't way what he/she felt if they had their uniform on?

How about teachers? They don't have uniforms.............but they ARE employees of the Government.
