Hi Elmat - The Telecom side has had about $500 Billion spent on it since late 1990s - everything is in good shape except the copper and the coax of cheap cable companies is in good shape. Lots of new fiber made with late generation glass and kevlar. Roads are a bit mixed - there are still Roman roads in use today. Critical problems would be electrical grid, refineries, gas and oil pipelines, selected bridges and railroads.
