Has Thom Calandra loopholed........... Part2 The Questions Why does Calandra CHOOSE to feature IVAN on his advertisement page to new readers/investors, when Calandra owns IVAN has a personal interest in its trading in the open market? Is it because of his financial stake in Ivanhoe and what he could gain by attracting more investors? Why does Calandra not disclose IVAN when he says in the Q and A of the same page, that he WILL, disclose the stocks he owns and writes about? Don’t these investors deserve to have the disclosure? How many others at CBSmarketwatch own Ivanhoe? Does CBSmarketwatch disclosure policy mean little more than the webpage boilerplate? Is the policy of disclosure followed in other places? All the time or sporadically? Why does CBSmarketwatch have a policy if they don’t keep it enforced? Do you only get full disclosure of conflicts if you pay for Calandra Report? Can a Newsroom author of a Brand name company News Journal(CBS is a 75 year old News organization) use the power of the press, to entice others into buying a security thus creating a self fulfilling mechanism which makes the stock price go up, thus creating a repeatable methodology in order to profit personal investments of the author? Does CBSmarketwatch really care if its employees are recommending stocks which they own? i.e. Is any inaction in policing their writers, in essence the defacto policy of the company, in all reality? ---------------------------- One thing is for sure, if you are curious about the Calandra Report you will receive a glowing recommendation of IVAN, and you will not see a disclosure of Thom Calandra’s holdings in IVAN, when visit cbs.marketwatch.com
