I must say, it certainly made me smile just to see your response here. It's awfully quiet around here! I just felt you had a fairly negative opinion of S-CDMA, and had figured it wouldn't likely be useful in DOCSIS. Or do I recall you saying it at least had a chance to get in? I hate having to look back, LOL.

I find your new technology sounds very interesting as I said, and would find you yourself more interesting if you now had something technical to say as to why S-CDMA did make it into DOCSIS. Maybe you simply haven't considered it despite earlier doubts I'm pretty sure I recall you expressed here in some technical detail.

Hey, a skeptic has to start at the beginning, see what you've got in retrospect.

I've learned(you'll have mild interest if you noticed the TERN flap Pat Mudge involved herself in back when), that a short selling firm itself in fact was the source of phoned complaints which spurred the original DOCSIS warning letter to Terayon. I'm pretty sure Mudge went out of her way to tell me S-CDMA wasn't going to ever make it, and the brothers TERN knew it all along as they hyped....it's all so strange, and perhaps an up to date technical perspective on the whys of S-CDMA's inclusion would be enlightening to doubters like me who believe they have seen criminal short reports and statements here on SI(certianly nothing like that from you, mind you, not that I recall).
