And I tried to send that GND article to you while you were away in post #2851...was trying to save you the trouble of reading through all of that junk. The whole TOWV/GND story gets curiouser and curiouser.

Another factor with RAIN is that many likely don't believe that openings will occur as scheduled given all of the delays, so I guess simply keeping all in the 4q on track could potentially do more for their credibility than anything else.

Still can do D.Duck and Goofy, but only for the right people...P and S fit into that subtype.
