I cannot provide a clickable link to this because Dr. Crippen's page uses frames, but go to his home page (link on my SI profile page), then click on "Clinical Discussions" on the left-hand page/frame, then click on "Ethical Discussions," on the right-hand page/frame, then go all the way to the last topic on the right-hand page/frame, "Tale of the Conjoined Twins."
