As a share holder I think the legal suits are a positive thing. This industry has always operated underground and disputes were not settled legally. Traditionally the profit margins of these operations are so high that they can afford paying protection money under the table or as is the case today, pay lawyer fees openly. Watters has already made the point that his business is not paying protection money by heiring managers who are new to the adult cabaret business so the mob-mentality of this business does not take part in his operation. Not to say he does not understand the mob, he has the experience to deal with them. Most likely this is why the girls like to work for Ricks, that is, to work in a clean and safe operation (may be even install an ATM machine in the ladies bathroom).
