I note that today's bond surge again coincides with a sharp drop in the dollar. Coincidence/? Not likely IMHO. Under current financial "rules of the game" a PLUNGE in the dollar would be the most bullish thing that could happen to bonds. Just shows how crazy things have gotten in this bubble economy.
