These guys just landed a $25 million dollar contract and now they want to do a $10 million dollar offering. This really sucks! Recall, I said they'd do OK if they didn't do anything stupid. Well this is stupid. They should wait until they get their price above $10. then we'd only be looking at 1 million shr dilution. Some money guys are trying to cut themselves in at existing shareholder expense and Cert's management is in bed with them. As I said, this idea really sucks! The only thing these guys are proving with their elliptic curve trickerometry is "what goes up, must go down". It's in the curve!
