You left out the part where we give our friends and political supporters billions in contracts and send your neighbors children over there to die -- other than that, it sounds like a plan. Did you know that Uganda harbors al Qaida and I believe they not only sold uranium to other countries but also have a secret nuclear weapons program? They are also secretly responsible for 9/11. I say we stop taking chances and invade now -- strike while the iron is hot. On to Uganda.
