You forget how it is that the USD became the reserve currency. We import goods from the countries that adopted the dollar as a reserve. Are you thinking that the EU is going to have an import driving consumer spending boom that rivals that of the US during the 80s and 90s and flood the world with Euros in the process?

All that has happened to them is that their exports just got a little cheaper.

All that happened to them is a huge boost in exports. Cheaper relative to what? Not US goods, but those of the other Asian countries and that of the Eurozone. Now you guys can go to Walmart and load up on cheap consumer crap and European luxury goods knock offs like we've been able to do for years!
