Why does Dean keep changing his positions? Answer me that. I know why. Because he finally got it into his conceited head he can win and he's quickly trying to move to the middle. He also has a mishmash of changed policies over the years. Both against and for numerous major policies. One thing Dean cannot do is show himself tough on terror. That is his real achilles heel.
