I suspect you cannot really tell much from rank and file sellers. I'm not sure who you're referring to here. Rob Herb & William Siegle are executive & senior VPs, respectively, not what I'd call "rank and file". And Friedrich Baur is a director who apparently no longer has a position in AMD. Are you implying that trading by Sanders & Ruiz is all that matters? That sounds like wishful thinking. On the other hand, it's often said that there are many reasons for insiders to sell, but only one reason for them to buy (on the open market)--because they think the stock will go up.
