Does anyone out there conclude, as I surely do, that all of this fails the smell test? Here we have world class management incompetence that has all but destroyed this company. Now, its next step is to reach arrogant and greedy paws out for fully half the paltry remaining assets - - as though the stockholders owe them something at this point! PT
