Have not read a thing about terms....I was happy to see the temporary status ..better than nothing...Looks like PCTV pleaded a good case..Maybe has something to do with their Gen Inst. Equipment deal..Patience, luck & rolaids is the name of the game...Still holding for the longggg term..(unless Mr. Bill pumps some bucks into it) Regards
