Correct, and if Bush had properly addressed those issues France would have been part of the coalition. You can't say France's position is a "right" one, if they would have turned on a dime if certain business issues had been resolved.

I can't speak for peace, I have too many state murdered relatives that died during so-called peace times. There's never been peace in the world, imo.
