That article is from a very "Pro-Kyoto" paper, so you know the reality is even worse for the treaty. I read today that Russia is now down to about a reproduction rate of 2=1.5. It takes a 2=3 to just stay even. so they are headed for a very big reduction in population over the next 50 years. And an increase in population coming from Asia. Those little yellow people are going to pour over their Southern border.
