CORRECTION: This letter was not written by Babish's lawyer. It was written by Colin Campbell's lawyer. Babish was not involved in this lawsuit. The letter is in public domain. It is from Colin Campbell v. Paracelsian The Case was filed in the Court of Chancery in the state of Delaware. C.
