You say we are past the talking stage -- I don't think "cavemen" ever got to that stage. We are not "past the talking stage" as you put it. You would have us return to a time when civilization, as we know it now, did not exist. Weapons without civilization... what a compelling vision -- a briefing for a descent into hell.
