The idea that murder and stealing are wrong is hardly an original thought that some Christian philosopher came up with. As far as the rest of the commandments are concerned, last time I checked most of them were not against the law...thank goodness.

Mixing religion and law is dangerous as it sets the stage for discrimination against those with contrary beliefs when placed in front of a judge. How would you feel if you are non Christian on the wrong end of the legal stick and the court was called the Christian Court of Justice?
