Ooof.... I have a decent chunk of change in my 401K. We have have 35 fund choices. All but 7 are equity funds. It's equities, money market or a few bond funds: mortgage backed, short-term, global and indexed. I have sh*t for latitude to protect the cash that's there. No possibility of shorting, no precious metal or other commodity choices, no foreign currencies... Stuck
