No prob. it was the last command that's a bit hidden for most, esp. if they are not regular table users. (Clearly Larry S. was unfamiliar with technique.)Highlighting last row then right clicking for text direction is a snap. thx for tip! Btw, I also agree that anything more than a simple letter almost demands a table in Word. Else you end with a lot of WYSI[not]WYG problems due to spacing, etc. that, even using tabs, can drive one crazzzy. I still venture to say that my Word Art suggestion makes for a lot better presentation for what Larry's needs were (though he used neither of our suggestions), in that you can really spice up the text. I esp. like the 'bowtie' option for making the phone numbers (in this case) buldge at the sides hence attracting more people to read what you are trying to sell... it's all about marketing ;-)
