Need to check your facts FL. President Bush never said the war in Iraq was "over." Just as he never said the threat was "imminent." Remember the game we all played one time or another where one person whispers a phrase in the ear of another, and by the time the phrase has been whispered in 10 people's ears it ends up totally different than when it started?
