When was the last time you saw a chapter 7?...Printing money is whats pulled crap like Kmart out of the history books. The housing bubble?...you aint seen nothing yet...rising commodity prices are and will drive new construction prices higher...Not to say theres not local bubbles but for the most part prices ar pretty tame in most areas. Job losses?...still at historic lows...even if we go to 25% unemployment like we did in the '30's thats still 3 out of 4 working, hardly the end of the world. The shift to hard assets tells me inflation is coming.
