Veridien Corporation Breaks into Black; Third Quarter 2003 Net Income Reported;

ST PETERSBURG, Fla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--VRDE--
Veridien Corporation (OTCBB:VRDE) reported Third
Quarter (2003) Net Income of $126,134 compared to a Net Loss of
$55,682 in Q3 2002. This is the first quarter in Veridien's reporting
history that its Net Income has been positive.
Compared to the third quarter 2002, performance for the third
quarter 2003 included a sales increase of 233%, improvement in gross
margins from 31% to 54%, reduction in operating loss from $254,833 to
$152,402 and increase in Other Income from $199,151 to $278,536.
Year to date Sales to September 30, 2003 are $1,300,669, 189% of
year-to-date sales for the same period last year.
