IMO What Apple should do is buy Visioneer and capture the 61 % market share of the scanner documanagement software market. They could get it for the chump change that $Bill gave. This market is set to explode and is key to all intranets. VSNR has partnerships with HP and Xerox, and would be a great inroad for Apple. Paperport 5.0 sports links to 150 most popular applications and is PPC, NT and Win95 compatible. This would really be something to incorporate into the OS. I am long in both Visioneer and Apple. Paperport would greatly compliment a Raphsody strategy. Paperport is an open, internet type software as opposed to the closed end PCDOCS and Filenet offerings. Sincerely, Ben
