I received the file OK, and read it. Some very interesting facts about Chinese demand and various world-wide comparisons. For example, on a per capita basis, Chinese demand (consumption) is only about 1/15th of wealthy Hong Kong, but when based upon GDP (income), Chinese demand (jewellery) is twice the world average.

Other impressive figures about consumption & production, but this article is mainly about Gold. The bar graphs which caught my eye was the jewellery consumption per capita (China dead last) and the ones showing the dominance of the middle east and India in consumption.

So, you can look at this either the cup is half full or half empty. A lot of upside potential in China, but a very large divergence between East & West in terms of jewellery consumption.

It was a good easy to read article. And without any useless verbosity.

Tnanks again G.T.
