Like I said it was a typo. Here is the typo corrected since you are too dim to figure it out after I even drew a picture for you:

Well there is a big threat to one of the biggest checks and balances right now and that is Federal activist judges which I've mentioned repeatedly. Instead of sticking to the letter of the law they are making laws/edicts that are singlehandedly dismantleing the bill of rights and constitution one step at a time. The Congress still checks the Executive or is supposed to and the people have the ability to vote out the Congress and Senate. But the voters and people DO NOT VOTE FOR JUDGES WHO WEAR POLITICAL ROBES!.
