So I guess that's what Lizzie was looking for. The form for McCoy also shows that he still holds 9382 shares, which jibes with what I said about selling old shares and exercising new ones. yeah that is it - I was thinking this was a common transaction but I forgot about AMT (amazing anybody could forget about that- I know)... so I'm not sure. Anyway no matter, there is not a lot of selling in AMD or any stock I own right now. A lot of tech insiders were spooked in the bear market so some people are going to sell no matter what the prospects are for their respective companies. I didn't think Dell's numbers were that great but Dell is holding up well today. They have some decisions to make over there... not just about AMD but Linux too. If Dell stays with an all wintel portfolio I will be pretty surprised.
