if you want proof letters are working, just log in to the congress.org website and read the published letters to congresspeople.

I actually think somebody is perusing and deleting the vitriol against Bush because the letters addressed to Bush specifically cover a range of topics, many negative but not completely. Otoh go to some high visibility senators and read their letters, or just letters on a specific topic like terrorism or economy.

The turnout for the 04 election is going to be huge with a lot of angry people on both sides. My guess is the anti-neocon vote overwhelms everything else though.

When a congressperson calls Bush an idiot on CNBC, figure he knows he has the support of his constituency.
