Robin, Good job digging this up. However, as we all know, there are always two sides to every litigation. We already know that PRLN is suing Babish. I wonder what the specifics of those accusations are? Not to be devils advocate here but I do like to know both sides of the story in their entirety before drawing conclusions. Lawyers are payed to embelish upon the truth just little :) On the other hand, if the statements made are indeed true, Rhodes may be occupying his comfy new retirement home in the nearest Federal Prison sooner than he imagined.
