Partial Birth Abortion (PBA) -g- is meaningless as it is NOT a recognized medical procedure. I'm surprised you haven't run across numerous news articles about this. I don't have any offhand to link here. But there have been dozens of posts right here on SI that have links to documentation about the fact that it is NOT a medically recognized procedure AND about the source of the term ... from the RWE think tanks. lb
