One of my people was in a SKO store this week, and he said it was a graveyard with the exception of the optical dept, which was crammed. They have basically two departments that are supporting the rest of the store - Optical and Pharmacy.

Optical is kind of a fragmented industry, but if Walmart puts optical in their new drug store format, they'll kill off SKO and a host of other retailers.
