Yes, I did suggest that. But, you elaborated on it better than I did. I'm not familiar with the software intricacies of a website like Silicon Investor, but I imagine it would not to be technically difficult to make a review of all existing accounts and see which ones have lain dormant for two or three years. I'm guessing it only takes the will to do so.

Wouldn't have to be done overnight either. I suspect a single person working an hour a day reviewing a print-out could make a huge dent in the problem in little time.
