jr, re CDE, it is possible your target is conservative

Maybe I try to do an ewave chart. It has been hard to EW, but looks clear(er) here. I think it just started a 3 of (3). The first leg of this (3) was about 2.5 dollars. One can easily speculate, via some assumptions and LT charts, a value over 10, before this major wave (the (3)) ends.

CDE is a substantial holding of mine, and at present I wish I had an even higher weighting. I was not paying attention to business, and have more shares of Drooy than I like, and wish they were over in CDE.

I still have faith in Drooy however. It needs POG 400 plus.
