Given the level of anal hatred, one can imagine that he was pouring over accounts for hours a day over the past few weeks and then finally found one that he felt that he could "get away" with. If he hadn't made his first post a personal attack on you, he might have succeeded.

As I suggested, an IQ test rather than an IP test would give him away. At some point, he's probably going to switch his IP so that if SI Bob does not implement your suggestion, there may be an infestation that will be harder to eliminate.
