The USX China Index is comprised of companies whose common stock is publicly traded in the United States and whose primary business is conducted within the People's Republic of China.

For a company to be included in the USX China IndexSM it must have a market capitalization of more than $50 million and it must be approved by our selection committee which considers many factors including average daily trading volume, publicly traded float and market value of public float.
