i believe he is required to because he owns more than 5% of the total shares. the stock is depressed because of the first offering at 50 cents being sold off. the Wharton Report (see post #115) claims this as the reason for the low stock price. I spoke to Mr. Baker(CEO) today at length and what he said was the same thing. he did say however that the 50 cent shares have been sold off. We discussed many other things today and i will do an outline of my questions and his replies tomorrow. the outline will be rather lengthy and i can't get to it til tomorrow. what he had to say is very interesting and i beleive you will be pleased. so til tomorrow....... (thanks for pointing out that sc13d filing, as i had not seen it yet)
