Absolutely great -- this issue has been worked over for decades by those who control the language of debate.

Until the Democrats understand this, they are worse than useless, since they simply act as a foil for the Republican script of looting the treasury, and mobilizing Americans into the mechanics of serfdom.

Simply the facts will work, if anyone in the opposition or media can mouth them:

Since Bush took office, American is becoming less safe and weaker worldwide and domestically, the economy is being destroyed, our military is useless without moral leadership, and more force simply creates more enemies. Our political leaders don't even believe their own propaganda, and hide all documentation of their thievery.
