NSP,
The shares came about as the result of the the FGX buyout by Glamis. CKG has the same management team, Randy Reifel and the same geologists. They have two properties and are looking at acquiring more. You can review their two properties on Sedar. They are named La Julianna and Cucaracha. When Glamis bought FGX the deal included Randy keeping the FGX treasury that had 27 MIll. He now has over 30 mill as a result of interest earned and a pay out to CKG from Glamis. Randy owns about 4.5 million of the 16-17 million shares of CKG so he has a lot invested. In addition as far as I know this is his only company. He is not fleecing shareholders by running several different companies at once and cherry picking properties for his own gain. Claude has CKG as his favorite gold explorer. If you PM him I am sure he would share an ormetal report with you featuring CKG. The CKG thread on SI has a lot of information also and of course the same propaganda that I put out and that others do as well. <g>
