shoreco - sounds like Newsweek, the week before last I don't have it handy right now, but I remember reading the Cheney article on how he "cherry picked" intelligence data to support what he told Bush, and I remember reading about the fund scandal and the "no better time to be caught" sentence. Maybe you can find it at newsweek.com without having to find the actual magazine.
