Thanks John, I reinstalled Netscape in a different directory and it works. I now have an additional question - how do I transfer all my e-mail files under Win 98 in Netscape to Netscape in WIN XP ? The import feature does not work as it does not recognizes the WIN 98 e-mail files under Netscape. I transferred them as attachment but still it does not work. Addresse I exported them in a LDIF file and then re - imported them into WIN XP Thank you in advance. Sadly the guy who sold me the Win XP professional said there will be no problems - but there are plenty Haim
