Sounds plausible to me. I know how Schwab safeguards their accounts. Once, I inadvertently entered my password three times (with the CAPS button on) and got locked out of my account. I had to call customer service to get reinstated.

I'd like to think that Bob is now aware of the problem and I'm certain he possesses the technical expertise to take appropriate action. It's my hope that he's already doing so.
