The list provided are just SOME choices AGENTS have to license themselves with. One can go to virtually any market and find tremendous choices outside of those mentioned, including the NAR (fsbo is a great example) for agents.

I do not see the antitrust issue prevalent in my neck of the woods. Windermere, JLS, Remax, and tons of other ma and pa's are readily available choices for AGENTS. And probably can contend this to be the same in other metros...
