And what about this memo? washtimes.com You know all of these memogate stories are non-starters. Imagine politicians acting like politicians. That's what they do. The policy of Bush is pre-emptive unilateral war. The policy of the democrats is a broad multilateral approach to the war on terror that includes the rest of the world. That's the major policy difference in a nutshell. When intelligence is used as a justification for a pre-emptive unilateral war, and when that intelligence appears to have been trumped up, then it is imperative that we take a hard look at the intelligence and how it was used. I see noting offensive or traitorous about the memo by Rockefeller, nor the memo by Gillespie. They are simply examples of the right and the left fighting for their viewpoint.
