"raw intelligence" means completely unsubstantiated. That report could have even been completely false and planted with a sympathetic reporter. Always beware unsigned letters and reports with no sources because it's 100% license to lie. That is true in every kind of business. When George Tenet gets up and substantiates this I will begin to believe it. Again, if it were true, it would have been broadcast loud and clear many moons ago. Bush has lost millions of supporters due to his paltry and fabricated evidence for war. The White House will do anything to get those voters back (including lie).
