You seem a little bit confused. Kosovo was the only NATO operation, all the others were US lead operations with participation of non-US troops. Afghanistan may be a gray area.

Some of the ones you listed had the UN approval, others didn't. For example, our bombing of Yugoslavia did not have the UN approval, and to get some kind of international legitimacy to it, Clinton made it into a NATO operation (nevermind the reason of existence of NATO, which is to defend member nations from attack).
