Today's political climate is not founded on a single obscure "fact". It is a result of systematic and endemic racism that is found in the very heart of the majority of Republicans nationwide. You cannot dissect one wart from a body. Then lift the wart and proclaim "See the body is not the body, it is a wart". This is the error of your analysis of Senator Byrd, true or not true, it is as insignificant as a single wart. To debate whether an alleged fact is true or not is meaningless in the face of the wider political reality. This is the question that you avoid by attempting to focus on the wart. Orca
