We need some more information to help you. Please provide us with a list of shared resources on your network. To create the list click on "Start" and then click on "My Network Places" A window will appear listing all of the shared resources on your network. Please tell us what is in the list. Repeat this step for both your desktop and laptop computer. Thanks HRH
